Nursing home, complex structure and individual room control.

This month, we present the implementation of our THZ system in a recently build family house nearby Paris – a concrete example of how our regulation manages to reach the double-objective of comfort and energy savings, even in a complicated environment.

Characteristics:

• A recent house, heated by a condensing gas boiler and floor heating
• Large windows, numerous rooms with different sun exposure
• Self adaptable individual room control by ThermoZYKLUS – simple double line system later completed by a wireless in the bathrooms

Advantages:

• Quick and easy implementation thanks to the simple double line system
• Individual management of every room according to effective heating needs
• Easy to use thanks to visual control and intuition of the product
• Individual temperature programming in every room
• Natural energy sources taken into account (sun…)
• User behaviour taken into account: window opening = heating off

Positive outcomes:

• Unique occupant comfort: stable temperature at +/- 0,15°C
• Significant energy savings: up to 40% compared to a system without regulation and up to 20% compared to any other existing regulation system
• Substantial money savings
• Serenity: fully automated and autonomous heating system
